Hi! I’m Addie (he/him)

I’ve spent much of my career partnering with organisations to build human-centred leaders and genuinely inclusive cultures that supercharge organisational performance. I’ve been an expert advisor and critical friend for 100s of organisations in the public, private and third sectors.

My whole career has been driven by my belief that work should be human above all things, and that for businesses to succeed they must be human-centred. I work with leaders and organisations to make this a reality.
